For you as the Agency owner, only the cost per SMS. You get 1 free sub account for your use only, then each additional account is $39/month. Usually the customer pays this.
No, SMS rules in NZ are very strict. Your messages will appear from a 4 digit short code. This is a shared short code which other companies and businesses might also be using.
Having your own exclusive short code is considerably more expensive (which is one of the reasons KiwiTxt exists in the first place).
Yes, although we don't recommend it. As you scale, making sure you manage customers cancelations, payments, credit balances and things like that become difficult to manage, and we've found that agency owners underestimate the clients ability to understand the additional cost for KiwiTxt - meaning most people find their customers are ok with the added expense for SMS functionality. SMS has a 90% read rate, once you explain the benefits of SMS, usually prospects don't have an issue with having a third party payment every month.
"Mr prospect, we can do everything we said we can, but if you want SMS functionality, which we recommend, we just need you to open account with the SMS provider, KiwiTxt. You'll get a 14 day trial with them here...etc etc"
No, our SMS system and GHL Lead Connector or Twilio work completely independently of each other.
Not for use with KiwiTxt, if you want a phone number inside GHL then yes you will need a Regulatory bundle and verified address
If you'd like to use missed call text back, the GHL feature inside settings will NOT work with KiwiTxt. You need to build a workflow that sends an SMS with a missed call.
If you'd like to use review requests, you need to send an SMS, not send a Review Request. Either in workflow or directly in the conversations area.
